Propeller is structured differently from most
B2B commerce platforms
Customer-specific pricing, company structures, quote workflows and multi-channel order management are core platform capabilities, not add-ons. AI agents operate on top of this same foundation, using the same data, rules and processes.

AI Sales Hub
One Workspace for All Sales Channels
In B2B, the order creation don't start in one place. A contact calls with a request. A sales rep builds a quote proactively. A buyer submits a quote request from the customer portal. The AI Sales Hub handles all of these from one workspace, with customer-specific pricing, order history and product catalogs available to the rep immediately.
The customer portal and the Sales Hub are one system. There is no sync layer between what the rep sees and what the contact sees. A quote created by the rep shows up in the contact's portal. A quote request submitted by the contact shows up in the rep's workspace. The confirmed order flows to the ERP without manual handoff.
Action Hub
Where Sales Reps Start Their Day
The Action Hub surfaces prioritized actions fed by AI agents and workflows: churn alerts, expiring quotes, draft orders to review. Each action links directly to the relevant record so the rep can act immediately.
Gartner's Hype Cycle for Sales Transformation 2025 identifies Seller Action Hubs as a key trend: centralizing seller workflows and reducing app fatigue by integrating AI into a single workspace.

Commerce Hub
The B2B Commerce Engine Under the Hood
The Sales Hub runs on Propeller's Commerce Hub, a B2B commerce engine built natively for the complexity partners deal with on every project.
Companies & Contacts
Multiple contacts per company, contacts belonging to multiple companies. Native B2B identity, not a user model adapted from B2C.
Customer-Specific Pricing
Price sheets link pricing structures to companies, contacts or segments. Supports discounts, cost-price-plus and fixed values with priority-based resolution.
Customer-Specific Catalogs
Order lists control which products are available to specific customers. Per-company catalog access so buyers only see what they're allowed to order.
Quote-to-Order Lifecycle
Configurable order statuses from quote request to draft quote to published quote to confirmed order. Full version history with revision tracking.
Multi-Channel Order Management
Orders enter through the customer portal, Sales Hub, EDI, OCI, cXML, REST and GraphQL APIs or as ERP imports. Every order shows up in the same place.
Business Rules Engine
Carriers, payment methods and shipping costs configured through conditional rules. Example: only offer invoice payment to companies with an approved credit agreement.
Build & Sell AI
Build and Sell Your Own AI Capability
Propeller opens up the Sales Hub and back office for partners to embed their own AI agents and workflows. You build the logic, you control the experience, you sell it to your clients as your own capability.
How it works
Webhook-based. Propeller sends the payload and the user's message to your endpoint. Your workflow or agent decides how to respond. The result is presented inline where the user is already working. Agents and workflows can be embedded on quotes, orders, the PIM and throughout the platform. You configure where they appear.
Why it works inside Propeller
All commercial data is already in Propeller: customers, orders, products, prices. B2B guardrails are native to the platform so discount limits, catalog restrictions and pricing rules apply to AI agents the same way they apply to human users. Human-in-the-loop is built in. An agent can draft a quote but it doesn't reach the customer until a rep approves it.
What you can deliver to your clients
Margin checks on quotes
Churn alerts based on declining order volume
Conversational agents that advise reps on pricing or product selection
PDF purchase order conversion into draft orders
Upsell recommendations based on order history
HOW THIS IS DIFFERENT
No Sync Layer. One System.
Most B2B commerce platforms focus on the digital storefront and leave the sales team working in a separate CRM or ERP. The customer portal and the sales workspace are different systems with different data.
Propeller unifies both. The Sales Hub and the customer portal operate on the same orders, the same pricing and the same catalog. A quote created by a rep is visible to the customer. An order placed in the portal is visible to the rep. There is no sync layer in between.
Building on Propeller
Open, API-First, Built for Partners
Propeller is an open, API-first platform built for partners to have full control over what they build on top of it.
