The Challenge
Overhoff ICT & Telecom wanted to sell part of the extensive portfolio better, especially to small business customers who search and shop online. For this, the website and webshop had to be combined into one environment.
The Result
We designed an informative website that focuses primarily on service and does justice to all facets of Overhoff’s services. In addition, we built an intelligent webshop that provides greater efficiency, as customers order themselves and the order – from order to delivery – can be almost completely automated.
Thanks to this hybrid environment, the Overhoff field and office staff are relieved. They don’t spend time on order processing now, but can focus on new sales.
